A Day at Wiard's Orchard & Cider Mill!

Steve had his company picnic this past weekend at Wiard's Orchard. For those of you who have never been to Wiard's, it's a pretty awesome place. http://www.wiards.com/

They have apple picking, pumpkin picking, fresh donuts and cider along with lots of kid friendly events; they also have Night Terrors for the month of October. We were very excited to see Justin react to everything he came across that day. He got to ride an old fashioned fire truck, go on a hay ride, pick a pumpkin, try donuts and cider and see the animals at the petting zoo.

Granted the weather wasn't too kind to us the sun ended up coming out for a little bit (as we were leaving of course!).

Mommy was super excited to get fresh apples and pumpkins so she could get busy baking pies and other tasty treats! We even bought Apple Cinnamon pancake batter and enjoyed it for breakfast thise morning along with the warm black walnut syrup we bought!

Enjoy some of the photos and video from our wonderful day!
Being silly on the hayride.
Riding the firetruck with mom.
Full cart of good stuff!

Yup...that's your dad, Justin!

Finding that perfect pumpkin.

Justin's First Haircut

It was inevitible and our adorable little boy was becoming quite shaggy thus we were excited to take him for his first haircut! He was more than behaved and the hairstylists were very impressed with his ability to sit still. He sat very nicely on daddy's lap and it only took about 10 minutes. As you can see the end result was a very handsome looking little boy!

14 month old bath pictures & updates

Here are the monthly bath photos I know you're all waiting for! Notice his awesome bubble maker he got as a gift from the Ferris family!

Justin is getting so big and I know I must say that every month, but just to give you an idea of what he's up to these days...

He can say baba, mama, dada, nana, red, blue(boo), uh-oh, no, roar...
He waves hello/good bye and points to things/points up to indicate he wants to be picked up....

He's mastered the sippy cup and he's pretty much given up the baba.

Justin has 8 teeth and is eating pretty much everything we can eat. Some of his favorite foods include chicken, vegetable, peaches, & hot dogs. He also of course loves any fruit and animal crackers.

Finally, he's a little stinker of course. He's into everything all the time as you can imagine. We can barely keep up with him! He is interested in everything around him though and is quite the curious george which is a good thing of course!

Finally, some pictures!
