Last night we had a tour of the Family Birthing Center as well as the Mother-Baby Unit of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital here in Ann Arbor. This is where we will be bringing our little bundle of joy into the world. We were very impressed to say the least. The Family Birthing Center is brand new and very relaxing! All mothers have their own room with a jacuzzi tub or jacuzzi shower. The room has a tv, dvd player, cd player, refridgerator and an extra bed for dad to sleep in. The rooms are individually temperature controlled and everything for baby and birth is in the room. I've included a link where you can see a video tour of the rooms if you are interested.

We've also signed up for a our Childbirth Education classes which will be every Tuesday evening in June! Lots of fun stuff! Enjoy the tour!
As we come closer to the due date we will be posting specific information regarding visitors and where in the hospital to go to see us and baby!
